Wires the new phone application shell and adds focused UI and emulator coverage.
What was added
How it works
Compose tests drive semantic nodes through reusable robots, while emulator tests exercise the real Android service and cross-device receiver boundaries. The updated manifest exposes the activities, services, permissions, and file paths required by those runtime flows.
